Terms of Service

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of precisionstonecutting.com and the fabrication and installation services provided by Precision Stone LLC ("we", "our", "us"), located at 1901 S Poinciana Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34758. By requesting an estimate or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Quotes and estimates

All prices, quantities, and timelines we provide are estimates only. An estimate is not a binding contract and may be revised after on-site measurement, material selection, or changes in material availability and pricing. Work is scheduled only after a signed contract or work order and the agreed deposit are received.

Measurement and templating

Final fabrication is based on templates taken at your site after cabinetry or supporting structures are installed, level, and ready. You are responsible for confirming layout, seam placement, edge profiles, cutouts, and appliance or sink specifications before fabrication begins. Once material is cut to an approved template, changes may require new material at additional cost.

Natural material variation

Marble, granite, quartzite, and other natural stones vary in color, veining, pattern, and thickness. Samples and photographs are representative only, and slabs may differ from what is shown. Natural characteristics such as veining, fissures, pitting, and variation are inherent to the material and are not defects.

Lead times and scheduling

Lead times and installation dates are approximate and depend on material availability, site readiness, and factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping, weather, other trades, or conditions at your site.

Payment terms

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a deposit is required to reserve material and schedule fabrication, with the remaining balance due upon completion of installation. Past-due balances may be subject to interest or collection costs permitted by Florida law. Title to materials remains with us until payment is received in full.

Changes and cancellations

Change requests must be submitted in writing and may affect price and schedule. Deposits are generally non-refundable once material has been reserved, cut, or fabricated. Cancellations before material is ordered may be refunded less any costs already incurred, including templating, restocking, and administrative fees.

Site conditions and access

You agree to provide safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the work area, along with electricity and water where needed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, out-of-level cabinetry or walls, or damage to flooring, walls, paint, plumbing, or electrical work that is a normal consequence of installation. Minor touch-up work by other trades may be required after installation.

Limited warranty

We warrant our fabrication and installation workmanship against defects for a limited period stated in your written work order. This warranty covers workmanship only. It does not cover the stone itself, natural variation or characteristics of the material, staining, etching, chipping, thermal shock, improper sealing or cleaning, abuse, misuse, structural or cabinet movement, settling, or work performed or modified by others. Manufactured materials are covered solely by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, if any. We do not offer a lifetime warranty.

Care and maintenance

Natural stone requires appropriate care, including periodic sealing where recommended and the use of pH-neutral cleaners. Following our care guidance is a condition of warranty coverage.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any project is limited to the amount paid to us for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, delay costs, or costs charged by other trades. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Website content

Website content, images, and material names are provided for general information only and may change without notice. Project photos are illustrative and do not guarantee identical results. Content on this site is our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent.

Communications

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to be contacted about your inquiry or project by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida, and the parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.
